Well, I just went back into the meetup to sort this, and I too saw that it said "Keep everyone together" was activated as well as reace results. The weird thing about this is on the dropdown options list you can only choose one or the other, not both (which is quite obvious when you think about it!) So how that happened I have no idea! I have edited it just to be safe and it no longer says Keep Everyone Together is activated so should be OK now. Weird...

Bugger, was planning on doing 50 watts and you dragging me round

ITT 39:45.0 @IrishAl

Just done this. Managed to get under 40 minutes.
Segment time is 3 minutes slower than my PR for RGV, but that was during stage 1 of TdZ with double draft.

Daughter has been to Germany for a kitchen demonstration of new products and brought me this

Went for an early morning run today in Belgium 🇧🇪 freezing cold & sleet showers so took it steady...
Thankfully I'm booked on the Eurostar tonight before the snow 🌨 arrives here.

Thanks Al - only 5 people potentially completing all the stages- this is why we need big zrl squads!
Talking of...

We've currently got nine people signed up to race for CCC, but knowing that quite a few of us can't make every race, if there are any other C riders on here interested in joining us (especially if you're normally a B but are making a gradual comeback to form), your presence would be very much welcome - just let me know and I'll PM you the details.

I'm happy to act as a stand-in for an occasional race, but don't want a regular evening commitment (particularly when the weather is nice - also our local TT is Tuesday nights too). I'm a C on Zwift Power, but if they start using category enforcement, I'd be a B (as I'm right on the threshold W/kg critical power)

^^^ The same is true of me. My average 95% of three performances is currently 2.99w/kg, but I did ten minutes at 3.9 on Tuesday night so in a hilly race I think I'd be way above cat limits - would I get a DQ for being over cat limits in a single event? If not, I'd be game for ZRL on Road to Ruins on Tuesday!

Yes, you do get DQd if you go over cat limits in a single race. I.e. 95% of your max 20 min effort needs to be below 3.2 W/kg. You could use Zwift Activity Monitor Pro or something similar though :okay:

Dang it... Just missed the TT by about a minute and late join wasn't enabled. Possibly another reason why the Strava segment time would be a better idea?

Will probably set something up for tomorrow. Likely around 18:30. Shout if you want an invite.

I missed all the new wheels discussion. I keep looking at deep section carbon wheels but never get round to hitting the buy button. After some Campag Bora wto 45 as I think they look nice.

While I ponder about them I need some new winter wheels as the current ones are wearing thin (still on rim brakes). I normally get through a pair in 3 years so looking for something with harder rims but still ok weight wise.

Thinking of these and maybe going tubeless

This topic had a lot of good suggestions (the Scribes was one of them): https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/under-£500-wheel-upgrade-advice.283031/.
