In C we've got Everything Bagel. I think you have 2 laps of Rising Empire in B?
I have the badge, but I don't remember that course very well.
Yes like 750m of elevation and 40km it's going to be rough
That IS a tough course for a ZRL! We had two laps of it as part of an FRR series - the finish was at the last KOM banner, I believe.

Obviously, it's the KOMs that matter - the climbs forward and reverse are similar - important to note that the first ~1/3 isn't timed.

If it's a points race, I'd expect people to go reasonably on the initial bump and full beans on the segment. If it's a classic race, they'll just go all out on the whole thing. Both climbs are just over 5-5.5 minutes from ground level, and the segments 3-3.5 minutes.

The two laps will take over an hour, but just.

Could see it lasting over an hour very easily! Those glass nyc koms are nightmare fuel. Flat sections then 15-20% pitches. Should make for an interesting race at least!

Are you racing much on zwift atm Pete?

No, nearly not at all. Can't make Tuesdays work so no ZRL for me, and the racing scene appears to have been taken over by crit races. There's an occasional Zwift Epic that I can make on Fridays but apart from that I've supplemented racing for workouts.

Had a fun race up the volcano. Small field of maybe 7 all broke up on the climb, two at front before one exploded then myself and another guy at 2 and 3 the only group on the road. We descended incredibly quickly, each attacking to get to the supertuck. We took loads of time out of the front guy who was very strong but then started attacking and track standing on the flat, it was very fun.

Looking at my times up the volcano kom - all very close and all within 5 watts average of each other. Feel a little better going into the new York climb fest but I don't think I'll have much repeatability on those efforts if there are strong climbers
