Are Bromptons coming to Zwift? That'll be funny to watch!
They’re already here:

Garmin Just enabled ECG on their previous generations watch.

Mine is Epix Pro from a couple of years ago.

Glad to say my ticker is working normally 💓

Given how poorly the wrist-based heart rate works on my Garmin watch, I'd take it with a pinch of salt.

My chest HRM strap has been misbehaving in recent months. I don't ride to heart rate, so I'm not really that fussed about troubleshooting or buying a new one, since it gives a reading and that's all I need for Zwiftpower purposes.

Alex, how did your race go? Did you have an issue with internet or something at the end there?

Yes I lost my connection just after the second KoM and finished alone and offline.
I also got a code 6 which is a new one. A zMAP over division limits.

I hit that first climb pretty hard to stay with the front group and ended up managing 4.3 for 5 minutes.
It doesn't make me a B because my zFTP is below 200 still, but it does mean I got NO POINTS for all that work.

It may also mean I'm out of the team. We'll have to wait for a ruling on that one. But it also wouldn't surprise me if WTRL changes the goalposts because EVERY SINGLE team had two Code 6s with the exception of one that had 3 and one that had 1.
So 33% of the riders got that DQ (if it is a DQ - it may just be a points penalty - the rules are - ambiguous in true WTRL style).

So yeah my stream died at that point too, which was probably a good thing because I was swearing profusely at my team-mate for sprinting and throwing down an anchor to drop me on the descent. Little did I know that was the least of my problems

Oh no that's less than ideal! You've probably seen it but the WTRL rules say:

I suppose that Zmap thing affecting lots of people is down to suddenly having 4-5 minute climbs in a race where everyone is going full gas - a bit like in the old days of 20 minute power when they'd throw in a course with a 20 minute climb and loads of people got upgraded!
