I was probably never going to do the Rapha 500 anyway, but picking up a cold on Christmas Eve has certainly stymied most of my cycling plans regardless. Just one hour with a 2.1 w/kg pacer this afternoon left me knackered, when my original aim was to go outside and do somewhere between 50 and 100km.

After 4 days with no exercise I managed an hour and a bit this morning. Was nice to get moving again. thankfully I haven't done too much damage to the weight, but I do intend to up my volume a bit for the next couple of weeks

This is very impressive. Crawling uphill to stone for the gluttony at the moment. Def not going for the 500 that's very impressive. Would love to get the level 2 on the TT bike before next wtrl series, that's the height of my ambition.
