Question for @alex_cycles . Can you confirm which 3 segments score for Tuesday Dirt race , we seem to have some confusion in our team I think Dos Dane is the 1st segment for FAL points but this is the 2nd sprint segment after the start . We seem sure the other Sprinteur and Cratere at around 20km are FTS

So in 1 lap of Musketeers we have the following segments (in ZP nomenclature)...

Sprinteur 1
Cratere 1
Dos d'ane 1 FAL
Pave
Aqueduc
Ballon
Dos d'ane 2
Sprinteur 2 FTS (~22km)
Cratere 2 FTS (~23.5km)

Marina
Sprinteur 3
The full lap also has Cratere 3, but looks like are doing a custom distance of 35.2km

The bolded ones are the ones which count for points this coming week.

Might finally take off the 4.5s and go proper aero

Raced the B Cat of Stage 5 Zwift Games yesterday. Each rouind has got harder and longer - with yesterday's being an hour 10 minutes - with 3 climbs and finishing up the full Grade. It was made worse for me as I'd just been "promoted" over 450 ZRS points and hence raced in Range 1 instead of Range 2.

It was predictably horrible, especially the final climb up the Grade.

How did everyone get on tonight .As you know I claim not to be a sprinter so how the hell did I come 4th in a sprint race ?? . Annoyingly 11th in the 1st Fal sprint then got 5th fts followed by 3rd in the next fts and I've always claimed I have no sprint and recover so I don't know where the 2nd effort came from the just hung on for grim death over the intestines for about 12th over the line

Hell of a result but I think the Friday cyclopathy showdowns with Alex have been honing your sprint rightly!

It was a tough one tonight, I did okay in the sprint segments without winning any of them but the two back to back sprints going for fts really sapped my energy and I was hanging out the back of the group for the rest of the race. Tried to sprint at the end but finished 17th in a big group, up to 7th on points overall. I worked out only one rider in the whole race had a lower 20 min w/kg so I think I'm going to be destroyed next week on the Innsbruck kom so might have to target the sprint jersey (not that I think many people are that bothered!) at that point as I think we are too far down the team classification unfortunately

My DRS season is already over as I'm working for the next six Tuesday evenings, but I did tune in to one of my teammates' Twitch streams to see how they were getting on.

Don't know why but there were a whole bunch of riders trying to contest EVERY sprint - I expected one or two not to read the course notes, but 15-20? Do these teams not bother to talk to each other? There's going to be some very disappointed riders when they find their 1st place finishes at certain sprints got them precisely zero points!

Regardless it meant that the race got split up into lots of little groups very quickly and even if they started to come back together, there was another (usually false) sprint just down the road to break it all up again.

All you have to do for a recon is watch Alex's feed 🤣 that's what our team manager did . We had a couple of riders in our ace clearing sprinting in the wrong place . We were on discord confirming distances etc to stop any wasted energy

Our team all knew where to sprint and where not to, but they were forced to play catch up immediately after every banner so that they didn't lose the lead group (and at least two of them did at some point).

Ours wasn't quite like that, but the pace was upped frequently and it was a hard race, I just assumed it was a tactic to make the pure sprinters suffer (which worked in fairness!)
