I'm the opposite, I find the warmups too slow - my FTP is 210 and a warmup at 110 watts feels far too low  I often crank up the warmup % to get a higher watts then put it back to 100% for the main segments.

A few years ago I was doing quite a few workouts and they really helped. But then so do decent races, so it's whatever works I guess. I love crit style races on the Bell Lap but they seem to be so few and far between these days unfortunately. They really helped my fitness :training:

I think they usually start about 50% and then ramp up. I just need to start slower. No idea why. It is what it is. That's one of the reasons I have a 30-minute pre-race "procedure". 30 minutes is handy though because it means you start once you've jumped into the pen to guarantee a good starting grid location.

Do a third workout and get lava paint scheme for the Dogma F 2024. :okay:
Is it actually a paint scheme for the existing Dogma or technically a new bike but in a different colour? I'm seeing reports of both out there and am wondering which is the case.

I ask because the Dogma is my chosen aero bike - I chose to upgrade that all the way to Level 5 rather than the SL8 like everyone else, so if it's a paint scheme, that's great as I'll have a red bike to go with my red wheels. But if Zwift regards it as a new bike, I'll stay with my Level 5 bike in blue rather than have to start the upgrade process all over again.

I wouldn't do a race with just 10 minutes to spare anyway.
Hey, I've done a ZRL TTT with literally no warm up at all! It was back in the day before the TT conveyor belt pens, so you had to be online before the first group left the pen or couldn't join the race and also had to stop pedalling at that point (or go into the pairing screen).

I got home from work, went straight upstairs, switched on the PC, started Zwift, paired everything and finally joined the pen with about 60 seconds to spare. Luckily we were the fourth or fifth team to go, so that gave me roughly three and a bit minutes to get changed out of my work clothes and into my cycling gear. I ended up jumping on the bike with about 20 seconds before go time - too late to bother with doing the pairing screen trick, just had to push straight away as soon as the clock ticked over.

And annoyingly it was probably my best performance that season!
