Or you could just watch an earlier race as a recon 😂
Do you watch Alex's pain too to get a good recon of the course?

Unfortunately that was the last race in the DRS series. I think the next decent opportunity for team racing isn't going to be until ZRL restarts in September.Lads, is there a D team perhaps looking for an extra rider? Female and not very fast - probably only good to make the numbers. If so, what time are the races?
Strava power graph is crap - you need something with a much better resolution. Did they tell you the timestamp or distance? The ZwiftPower graph is quite detailed and you can zoom on it too. There is some odd flat bits on it, but IMHO not something which would warrant a DQ.After a bit of tech advice ,so last night I got DQed from a club ladder race for "sticky Watts" obviously my peddling style hasn't changed so it looks like it's equipment based . I run a tacx neo2t trainer which says it never needs calibrating . I have discovered the firmware is due for an upgrade so is there anything I should consider ?
There seems to something amiss with the data as the Strava AI training thinks says I hit 1200w or 17.5w/kg 💪💪. I can assure you this isnt realistic 😂😂 but in the power graph on strava I only hit 600w

I've not chased up with ladder racing . They seem to run an auto algorithm which seems to pick up any small discrepancies and it's an auto DQ before a human looks at it if you appeal. I'm the 2nd in our team to get DQed for sticky Watts he did a calibration on his trainer and has been fine since . I had notice the trainer felt a bit laggy last night and my avatar seemed to be slow to react to me putting in more power . Just done a firmware update and will see how it feels . The 1200w is just mentioned in the Strava AI training description so no idea where that came fromStrava power graph is crap - you need something with a much better resolution. That said, I didn't find similar flat bits on any of your other activities?
I say make hay. As long as you aren't deliberately holding back. Only issue is if you find your fitness going because not challenged enough? My racing seems to be going backwards at the moment, so much so ZwiftPower has me back in old D cat
Despite winning the Green Jersey in the C Dev DRS league we just raced (my sprint is clearly still good, my 20 minute power is way off where it should be.
Q. should I go and beat up some D's in races now until ZP realises I should really be in C races
My last race (I did another after this same night so not fully rested) - this was a ZRS race, 350-520 (I was relegated below 350 after this).
I was using it as a workout mostly, hang on to the end (I did) but let the leaders go and not sprint. My ave w/kg is lower than everyone else, but then I'm a wheelsucker and this was a flattish course with the odd sprint/lump - my vElo score is probably about right, my ZRS is a little high at 350+ (now below that) but I'd say I'm a C not D in old money.
Unless there are hills involved, then I'm barely a D![]()
