Latest ride on zwift after trainer firmware update date , I was trying to keep the power fairly even ,the power line looks a bit wobbly and uneven thoughts ?

The important thing from the point of view of "sticky watts" is that you don't have flat-top peaks for several seconds if you stop pedalling.
The basic premise of "not cheating in Zwift" is that you are not getting Watts for free.

In the real world, power meter charts are incredibly spiky unless there is some serious time averaging going on. In Training and Racing with a Power meter they recommend using 3s average (for your live display) or your numbers jump up and down all over the place and are pretty-much unreadable.

I think Garmin FIT files record data every 1s, but that data is obviously averaged to make it meaningfully useful
