I'll be 60 next September and intend to cycle till I fall off.
Was asked yesterday what middle age is. I told it starts ten years after your current age.

Lived on my bike until the age of 18 then left home for uni and it tailed off. Now reversing the years.

63, stopped between 15 and late twenties. Still road riding at least twice weekly , plus a half day reliving my youth blasting round nearby forests on my MTB.

Will be 66 next February and looking forward to another season of TT's, some 49 years after my first. Never very fast and getting slower, but can still beat "evens" for a 25.

I am 60 and although I have been riding a bike on and off forever I only started riding in earnest just over a year ago
