Younger Marmionette sorted our tree out earlier this evening and did a fine job on it, however there was no sign of the lion to go on top; a search party has been organised for tomorrow to ensure we don't have a lion free Christmas*. If anyone sees this lion please let me know...
*I think we go through this every year, the lion has certainly featured on here a few times, and the wallpaper gets glowing reviews...

Yep, Maz is muttering about ours going up 'this weekend' but luckily it's in the attic and she doesn't go up there, no doubt the threats will start soon but so far so good.
I'd sooner put the tree and decorations up on Christmas eve like my parents did when I was a kid.

Ours will go up Christmas Eve, maybe the day before, if we are lucky. Not because we are picky about such things but simply because we need a room, note not some room but a room, to put it in within the building site that is Chez Grumpy.
