I have a similar somewhat daffy neighbour. When I moved in to my house 7 years ago, I removed an old satellite dish on the rear of the house pointing east to the satellite. I've got cable, so don't need it. The (then) new neighbour put a dish on the front of his house on an elaborate 6ft long metal bracket that points the dish eastwards ie. into the building:blush:. It blew over in high winds, so I asked him if he as going to put the dish on the rear of his house as that's the direction the satellite is in. He said no and promptly put it back up as before. Needless to say, it blew over again, this time a couple of weeks ago and only the cable pinned to the wall stopped it swinging round and smashing my window. I've got to have a word with him about this too as it's happened before, the bracket is a silly idea and he'll be facing a bill if it breaks my window. Why, oh, why, are some of my fellow humans nobbers????.
