There's not much I watch 'in real time', but I scan the listings for good movies, repeats of Cracker, Morse and the like (plus The Waltons, of course), lots of docs, especially about history (of which I am infinitely ignorant, and always find fascinating), and record to watch at my leisure. Keeps me off the streets.

Netflix

Be warned though it can be addictive if you find a series you like, no adverts to fast forward through as well! Netflix steams in full HD and Dolby Digital for those that are interested. It even automatically starts the next episode in 15..14..13..12..11..

The auto start of the next installment is where the addiction warning comes from.

We got it last year and got hooked watched breaking bad, sometime watching three episodes a night. Can be deadly on a 'school' night when in the 15 seconds, you and the Wife look at each other, then say at the same time, "Ok, we will watch one more..."

There is always something on!
