My milage this year has been way down,
Think I only managed about 500 miles in 2023
350 of those miles were on a ten day tour in the Netherlands.

Still I have a friend who will be on a 'keep fit' kick from the Spring onwards, so that will be an excuse to get out for a proper spin at least once a month.

Strava tells me that this year, it’s been 71% workouts and 29% riding for me.

Bit pathetic really. Nothing over 100km
I blame my body and a sloppy attitude.

Must admit I don't seem to ride "for riding's sake" nowadays so do it more for enjoyment.

Strava tells me 2606 miles on the bike, 308 miles running.

That's way down on previous years but it will do me.
