I'm often drooling over expensive bikes I can't afford.
Has anyone bought an expensive bike (£1000, £2K, £3K ++) on finance to get there dream ride.
What motivated you to ask?

3 K for a bike is not expensive.
My dream bike would always be a custom build though.Only sensible if it was cheaper than buyng the bike complete i suppose!
It is if you can't afford them I guess3 K for a bike is not expensive.
I can'tIt is if you can't afford them I guess
Why? I couldn't buy the bike spec I wanted as a complete bikeOnly sensible if it was cheaper than buyng the bike complete i suppose!
So why's 3k not expensive then??I can't
Because to someone else £400 is expensive? Expense is only really relative to your own wallet/bank account/fundingSo why's 3k not expensive then??

Of course ... which is why what the guy who said 3k isnt expensive and he can't afford it makes no senseBecause to someone else £400 is expensive? Expense is only really relative to your own wallet/bank account/funding
In some pockets a £3k bike is cheap though, and in others a £500 bike expensive. I don't think a persons ability to afford something changes how they perceive the cost or makes it senseless.Of course ... which is why what the guy who said 3k isnt expensive and he can't afford it makes no sense
I could afford a 3k bike but I would find it difficult to justify based on the amount I would ride it given I have 4 others
How was I supposed to know that...? Obviously an exception if you can't actually buy the bike you want! Why? I couldn't buy the bike spec I wanted as a complete bike
