Your EU result predictions

A friend of mine predicts the following :

England and Wales vote mostly out.
Scotland votes mostly in.
Scotland leaves UK.
Troubles in Northern Ireland flare up again.

Hope not, but... (not starting a discussion here, but just reporting a mate's concerns)

How close does the result need to be before one or other side demands a recount?

I see the BBC and ITV are running live all night, though I'm with the bloke who said "you may feel that after months of increasingly rancourous debate on the EU, you would rather cut and run at this point, get a good night’s sleep and wake calmly to learn Britain’s fate over breakfast".

I was thinking exactly the opposite to be honest. I can see Boris trying to bluster a win from the jaws of defeat in his inimitable style.

A count organiser on Radio 2 said today that they have been instructed to ensure that a definitive result is reached by 7am before the markets open. Because of course, the most important thing is that the feckin bankers are kept happy.
