Have to be barn like building, upstairs living, ground garage and fully kitted workshop. Veranda with telescope for looking at night sky and wildlife. Tarmac yard. Cats playground. Duck pond. A decent inheritance for my daughter and her sproglets. Enough for my brother so he can retire. Then arrange my life so that I never have to drive again. Saying that, my other half would never let that happen, he'd want to explore space and I hear that's pretty expensive.
