101 miles

Just thought I'd let you know I achieved 101 miles
On Sunday most I've ever done was 47 miles
Quite pleased with my self headed over hartside and Alston
Then over to haltwhistle then making my way back to Carlisle by Gretna took me all day but did it!

Great effort. I never thought i would be able to do a ton but ive actually done 4 this year. The key for me is take your time and just keep at it. Obviously a bit of saddle time previously helps and plenty of fluids.

Most I've done in one go is 75 miles but that was over a year ago now, 61 and 68 miles furthest this year... I really want to get over 100.
