At least, usually 10 litres when i start! 9750ml is after I've drank some.

I no longer use the bike for commuting, preferring instead to mount a 45 gallon drum of lucozade on a skate board and push it along, whilst sipping it through a straw, you know it makes sense.

I guess when ya think about it, we're cycling on an island surrounded by water and we're carrying bottles of it

I normally drink Lucozade Hydro Active as I prefer to taste more than water.

It takes me under 50 minutes to cycle 12 miles to work.

On that journey I drink between a quarter to half the bottle, but i normally only drink when stopping at traffic lights.
