Left school, saw Bon Jodi, Dio, Metallica et al at Donnington and headed of to University, pleasently surprised to find out that Oxford wasn't completely full of posh twats.

Was also there. I was working for a record company at the time and we had a record stall in the park. And what ever Drago says, Bon Jovi were brilliant that day.

My programming career lasted just 3 months. They tried to teach me PL/1 but after 3 months gave up and told me I was going to be an analyst instead.

Yes it was we bought our first house in June 1987

I think I'd been gazumped about 6 times between 85-87 so never got a mortgage. Thank heavens as 87 was a big bang time property crash, that made a lot very unhappy.
