Just a long shot from you knowledgeable folks.

Is there a shaft or spindle used on bikes that is 19mm major diameter, 16mm minor diameter and has 10 splines?
I found this http://www.danscomp.com/452513.php while searching and figured that there might be something more local.
I don't need new or wonderful just something that works for the time being so a semi-scrap thing would be fine.

I'm looking for something to fit in a motor's female drive shaft for a project.

Thank you.

no, certainly nothing I ever come across. what you link to appears to be some non standard crank.

check out series land rover half shafts, the early ones were 10 spined.

a quick google says they are 7/8 inch diameter or 22.2 mm so a bit too big it seems.

or else a car steering column, nothing I've come across has that coarse a spline.

Thanks.

It's an odd one. I have since found that it is possibly a SAE key spline.
However, the SAE key spline of this size usually only has 6 splines. The 10 spline doesn't usually come in until about 78mm diameter unless the imperial sizes were different.

I may have to make up a 16mm shaft with 2 keyways and drive it that way.
