Very good ride from Seixas
Could be a real rival in a few years time, maybe less.

So it wasn't you that stopped him and the two motos?

Tbh, it is hard to comment on all the performance factors involved as we are not privy to the intimate details.
Maybe in years to come, with some post-career dissection, we will find out more?
Well I'm assuming it's genetics and nothing more sinister (think there's a ridiculously low lactic turnover time or something), and I don't think anybody has any training or equipment that's going to make this much difference. Remco, Vingegaard and MvdP are generational talents and they're pretty much left in the dust - other than MvdP on his preferred parcours, and even then as he said "it's close".
He’s not human. There will be some furrowed brows come the winter wondering htf you deal with him on form.

I agree that equipment makes very little difference at this level but maybe it's a psychological issue?
Confidence might be lower than it could be this season in the chasing pack, if so, maybe that needs addressing. Pretty demoralising just watching someone literally decide to 'go' and you cannot respond.
Cycling is as much a mind game as other sports and quite often dominance is a matter of psyche as well as physicality.
Might work for training. It clearly doesn't work for tactics!I hate that expression.... "Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome "
It's literally the definition of training and practice and it does work producing quantified different outcomes
Not picking on yer
Van Aert Montmartre....He is human though. ..... He got beat 3 times this year ( in races that meant something)
Amstel remco pulled him back ... MSR couldn't drop MvdP ...Roubaix couldn't drop.MvdP went over the limit
