26" slick tyres for commuting

I've used Kojaks but they puncture far too easily and don't seem all that fast. Too many flints round here.

When I've had that happen to me, it's often been a slow puncture due to me punching the tube.
I presume you found the cause and didn't retire it because of recurrent punctures?

Anyways, safe trails.

I did originally retire the CJs because of recurrent punctures.
I had a good look for the cause of this week's puncture but didn't find anything, the hole was smack in the middle of the tyre, in the central tread groove.
Anyway, bad words were uttered, tube was changed (next to a field in the rain being splashed by passing vans) and it's been alright since.
I will be retiring the CJ again as soon as I get something else though.

Others seem to have better experiences, mine are quite old, they may have changed construction, materials etc over time.
