Let's assume something goes wrong with the canyon bike. I would contact German cust support and suggest they pay for a lbs to spend 2 hrs investigating problem. If its really serious I'm sure they would agree to this before having the hassle of getting the bike back to them. Its something I've done when buying motorbikes from far away garages and not prepared to get it to them without a quick look by my local garage.

Canyon will very much ask for the bike to be sent back if it's a warranty issue, especially frame issue. They may ask you to send them some pics first but i would imagine they would need to inspect the bike to make sure it's product fault and not rider/accident related.

Would be a nice idea for them to partner up with a brand/shop over here to do exactly just that. I like that idea.^_^

Very nice. Whats the ETA on the Aero? Be surprised if it was in stock. Would be very keen on hearing how you get on with it.

Its the CH (Swiss only model) thats been released internationally the only difference is the cassette ratios which they will change for £15, all sizes are currently showing as in stock. I'll let you know when I get an ETA but I'm hoping to get it soon.
