2ND CAGE

I want to put a second cage on my bike but dont have any bosses for it, i have seen some zip tie gizmo thingamys you can use but dont think they go big enough, the frame i want to put it around is 120 mm. Any help greatly appreciated especialy with the heat at the mo.

Try some jubilee clips with some bits of inner tube so's you don't scratch your paint.

On Wiggle they list a double bottle cage that fits onto the back of the seat and another bracket that allows 2 standard cages (you need to buy cages) to be attached to the back of the seat. Both of these would give you 3 bottles if used in conjunction with your existing cage.

I looked at the ones that go on the saddle rails but dont think i will have the clearance with my tool bag.

The plastic tie style ones I bought from Halfords today are 185mm long.
