I know Hancock's Half Hour, Round the Horne and of course the Goon Show, but I've never even heard that catch phrase, or the show that google tells me it's from. I guess you must be older than you look.

Well, yes, people do tell me that I have the silken, smooth complexion of a 20-year-old**... But it's more likely to be down to my birthright, and the idiom thereabout.

You really ought to try getting away from Londoners and their holiday/excursion haunts more! Our streetscape is still awful (and not being rebuilt as fast as London because it gets far less funding per mile or even per head) but it mostly works despite that because villagers are polite...
