I used to have a light snack at around 12 ish and them my main meal at around 7 in the evening when I got home from work . now I have my main meal at about 12 and then a light snack at about 7

I cycle to and from work every day a round journey of about 15 miles and I now find that my fitness levels are higher on my commute home in the evening and it have got to be because of the change in my eating schedule

Yes it makes sense. You've got all that energy available from the mid-day meal.:thumbsup:
