No. It's no bad thing. Neither is employing neurodiverse men either.

ND men are already applying and getting in off their own backs.

Women not so much and are being encouraged to apply because they may have a different approach to the job.

We now agree it's not a bad thing. So let's leave it there.

For now please take the article on its merits. If neurodiverse Women have the right stuff in certain circumstances, accept it.

Sometimes people look at a job in a particular company or sector and because of what they see from the outside they think the company doesn't really fit people like them. Anything that makes them realise that they could work there and encourages them to apply has to be a positive.
There is no downside.

While not up to your level (I remember reading your other thread on your diagnosis), my niece always had a feeling of being 'different' (we just accepted her as she was) and it took a bit of pushing from my sister to get her a formal Asperger's diagnosis. Having a name to put on her feelings gave her the confidence she needed and is now in university studying chemistry.

That my sister always said that my neice and I shared a lot of traits probably explains a lot about my life.
