I guess like in any mode of transport the users are comprised from society in the same proportions as any other.
If there a certain percent of wrong 'uns in society, there will always be a certain percent of wrong 'uns on bikes.
The more people about, the higher that percent converts in to actual people (as experienced by bernieUK). The bigger the area, the bigger the number of wrong 'uns. And London is VERY big!
