The editing is appalling, with totally out of sequence scenes
Eg;
- the other day, a Klaas (tracked) tractor was shown on the ground, 'de-rigged' after lifting it off a kow-loaded
The next instant, it was back on the trailer being rigged for the lift

- often trucks are seen up on the underlift, air-lines in place, ready for removal
Again, the next sequence shows them being lifted, & the coachstands being placed under the lifted axles wheels

The narrator sounds as if he took his inspiration from whomever provided the prize descriptions on (Jim Bowens) 'Bulleye'


I do wonder if the companies being filmed (Crouch & Lantern Recovery) have any input into the programme before broadcasting??

I keep watching Help My House is Haunted, even though I know its all faked. I like the tech and apps they use to communicate with the spirits, without any comment on the supposed science behind them (I believe there is none).

Still Game is top class, it's amazing how they kept the quality going for that long.

The writers massively fell out for nearly a decade after it finished, which is understandable. They're pals again now, probably having a pint in The Clansman/Jennys.

Used to watch Eastenders which was absolute viewing garbage but somehow addictive.

We were 'saved' by the Pandy - episode volume dropped as they used up episodes already filmed, we stopped watching, saw the light and were 'cured'.

I watched that 1% Quiz programme last night for the first time. Lee Mack doesn't half work for his money! Managed to answer all the questions whose question we actually understood.

Actually, it shouldn't be on this thread, because I doubt we'll fulfil the 'continue' criterion 🤭

Not me, but my Dad watches repeats of 'Take The High Road' whenever they are on.

He must have seen the entire lot (from 1980 - 2003ish) several times, complete with Dougal, Tom and Morag, the Cunninghames' at the big house (later the Ross - Giffords'), Sneddon, Isabelle and of course, Mrs Mac, amongst many others! 😆

The 1st episode (19.02.80), with proper posh voices and all, before they really 'got into it' and relaxed.

To be fair, it only got 'silly' as time went on. It was quite serious at first.
