AI generated music is often better than the original. Here's a soul/blues version of Iron Maiden's 'The Number of the Beast'

We do not appreciate how lucky we are to have the Gulf Stream. Any interruption and we are goosed.

Whilst I half knew such things I've just returned from a few days in Vienna where it was between +1 and minus 4 or so; unsurprisingly a good bit colder than Bristol. What did surprise me was reading that 30C or more is quite typical for the Vienna summer, which is a good bit too hot for me !

Having lived in Canada for 5 years I can confirm that the Gulf Stream (or air currents) which keep us mild in the winter also keep us temperate in the summer. Freezing rain and -16 is not pleasant but then again neither is 35C and high humidity. That said, Vancouver on the west coast isn't too much different to here. Maybe they have similar streams?

The first mass produced car with solid state batteries is the MG4 Anxin Edition. (Semi solid)
With a top speed of 99 mph, and a 54 kWh battery the cost in China is £11,500.
They claim efficiency of 5.2 miles per kWh.

Over the weekend, I've eaten Kiwi fruit skin with the the fruit for the first time!

remonds me of the Grand Daughter - she was staying overnight last weekend and wanted her Gran to help her make some cookies for her friends

Her Gran introduced her to the old "licking the bowl" concept
Then she realised and complained "YOU MADE ME EAT RAW EGG"
Then "I'm gonna die now" but the last bit was with a laugh

Honestly - fancy teaching them to bake in school and not including licking the bowl!!!

"Mummy! Mummy! Can I lick the bowl?"
"No dear, use the toilet brush like everybody else."
