If grievance procedure doesnt result in changes, tribunal is the option but Citizens advice won't take up a workplace case if there is a union that the employee is a member of, same for legal aid. This I can confirm from bitter experience, so mrs bs sake, I hope the union are a good bunch. Also worth noting that if you want to put in a tribunal however bearing in mind it's very early days there is a three month deadline from the last issue to take it to an employment tribunal. I hope it doesn't come to this, take up a collective grievance, that has to be done before any tribunal can be considered anyhow. Good luck, there's things aren't easy.
