advice on cheap bike

hey everyone

my mate is wanting to take up the sport of triathlon and need to work on his cycling he needs to buy a road bike ( a cheap one under 350 quid )

Get a decent second hand one. New ones at this price are crap.

As Will says - but if he's going to get into triathalon he'll probably want a better spec than he's going to get s/h for £350 - more like £600 will get him a reasonable tool.
