I noticed the same - there are 2 impacts - the car bonnet and then the tarmac. In both cases the in ital impact point is the face.

There are two runs (maybe only on the youtube video). In one, the impact is the face and the other the impact is the back of the head and shoulders, but let's discuss the implication of that in the other thread and avoid this one being merged there because discussing torso air bags may also be useful.
