I hope I have posted in right place. I have for quite a while been looking for that elusive perfect lbs. I regret that I have not yet found it. I do have to report a very bad experience in search of that perfect bike shop. It started in search of a winter training bike. I have been riding about 3 years or so and I am quite comfortable about what I was looking for however a very important part of what i was looking for was that of bike fit. I went to a shop that stated that any carbon bike would come with a retul fit. Any aluminium bike would come with a professional bike fit consisting of setting up bike on a turbo trainer looking at cleat set up saddle height etc etc. because of this I bought a bike from these guys. First off at the point of viewing the bike a focus cx I was told delivery was 6 days on point of purchase I was told two weeks. It took 4 weeks for the bike to turn up. On the eve of picking it up the bar tape was not even on this was haste fully rectified and my professional bike fit consisted of riding up and down the road whilst Simon the salesman stood with his back to me chatting with his mate whilst checking on my bike fit. Luckily I have a few years riding under my belt I know what bike fits me only because I have had a few and did my research. Please please please avoid swift cycles strype st London near cycle surgery just off middlesex st I have had better service from a cycle king. Oh I forget to mention that I was after a cervelo ps2 tt bike as well as a summer carbon toy such as the izalco pro.
Thanks for listening
