£40 quid or thereabouts for winter jersey, 3 pairs of socks, one pair longs, one pair bib longs and a pair of waterproof pants which will be great for walking too and i mightve spent £40 quid or more on these alone elsewhere (and the other stuff had i needed it looked to be good quality for the money.)

not bad at all.

nice generous fitting sizes too, good for fat knackers like me for a change.

Aldi cycle clothing in my view anyway is not quite as good as it used to be, but for the money its worth trying out, however I`ve come to the conclusion that you get what you pay for.

I was looking forward to my first foray into the Aldi cycle bits n bobs but was quite disappointed TBH.

HiVis jacket, OK for a cheapy, standby jacket and would do the job...sweatily!!

Ladies shirts and jackets were a horrid colour and I really didn't like the feel of the material that much.

Bought some overshoes cos they were cheap and they may come in handy. No ladies shoes.

As a said, a bit disappointed.

Is the LIDL stuff equally as disappointing?

Yes, LIDL more so. I like ALDI stuff, but tops I have got from LIDL aren't as good. I don't like the material they are made of.
