Altura Crosslite Waterproof Jacket

Evening all. I'm in the market for a new waterproof, my old Nevis being about as much use as a teabag. The Altura Crosslite is highly recommended. My main priority is breathability and the Crosslite is supposed to score very highly in that respect.
Does anyone have one? Any comments?
Cheers,
Chuffy

Hey Chuffy, I have got one of these. I am really pleased with mine. It breathes well and keeps out the rain, which is useful for a waterproof. Rolls up small enough to stick in your jersey pocket.

Decathlon's Rock Rider range of waterproofs are pretty good - been using my £19.99 one over winter for commuting. Pretty breathable and it has a mesh liner. So far has survived a machine wash with full waterproofness remaining.

Pleanty of zips to undo for venting as well, and guaranteed for 2 years like all Decathlon clothing.

Chuffy, the rear pocket on my Crosslite ripped off but they (Evans not Altura) replaced it with a new jacket. It was 10 months old which isn't a great advert. The replacement is ok so far but it's only 3 months old.

It's better than a teabag though:biggrin:
