Dogs, swine, and mules, require you to stop. Badgers, rabbits, and cats don't.

Mind you, it was the park keeper in a transit van wot ran my dog over.

Now if he was a guilty cyclist why do we not call him a thug on a bike, personally too many people are called cyclist for my liking.

Do you not have to stop, if you run over a dog, to be able to identify the owner so he/she/her royal highness be prosecuted for failing to keep their dog under control?

You would have thought he'd at least of stopped, either to apologise to or shout at the owner. Just clearing off is a bit stupid.

Just what cyclists need - a whole load of bad PR. I'm sure the witty comments will be a great help if cyclists are banned from using certain routes.
