I go blackberry picking on my bike every year - there are huge amounts of them along a couple of miles stretch of a nearby mixed-use cycle/footpath, and a bike is the best way to get them.

Berry picking is as much as I manage but if there were apples available I would make no apologies for filling a pannier.
