very small three man company, could do themselves a lot of harm through their drivers antics and the nasty response to the complaint.

you are so right, it would only take a few upset road users to start and waste there time with requests for work and then cancel them at the last minute to make them rethink there ways, if any of the three stooges had any wit they would they would say sorry and show a bit more respect to potential clients before they became sorry and make no mistake if they keep asking for trouble i am sure they will find it,lol i can and often do find it without looking for it.

edit, just a thought the boss that replied could well have been the driver if it is a three man company? lol maybe he talks to himself.

The arrogance shown here is so bad as to be comical. This is the sort of attitude you have to deal with and its the devil's own work to educate such people. Can anyone give me an example of how such a colossal bell-end has changed his ways and became a decent person? (rather than just killed).

You can't educate them,they are too stupid and malicious.

Good enough for them, but were I the cyclist I would consider changing my route tomorrow.

I think a public apology is the only way out for these guys. But I think they are probably too thick to realise that.
