I’ve just discovered that if you smash an avocado on a sesame seed bagel then scrape it into the bin it kills some time whilst cooking a bacon sarnie.

Having eaten waaayy to many avocado, often with chopped walnuts, as a morning snack when working in avocado plantations on a kibbutz in the Jordan Valley, they actually make me feel ill now..

Bacon, however was not available for several miles in every direction 😂

A little tip when you entertain a vegan ,put a little olive oil on the kale,it makes it easier to scrape it off your plate when you bin your portion.
