Any ideas how to refill Sarsons vinegar bottle (see photo)

Small screw in the hole and pliers... it won't affect the hole unless you use too bag a screw,

Alternatively, steal one from your local chippy

What's the use/sell by date on the bottle? Sarsons say it's not been in production since 2010!!!

Melt some peanut butter, and dribble it down the hole in the bung. Carefully clean off any excess around the outside. Place the bottle on its side in a container with a hungry mouse. Rinse and refill. This may take a little patience.

It appears impossible to remove the stopper.

Have you got a Waiter's Friend corkscrew? That would do the job if you screwed the corkscrew into the hole.

Surely a Swiss army penknife with the various impliments would suffice.

Please correct me if I am wrong but .......if I did that would the contents not simply compress on descent then expand again on ascent ?

Lets not complicate the issue with scientific theories, please.

Inject an appropriate measure of each part of two part expanding foam chemicals. Don't worry, the hole in the bung will be quickly sealed (one less step for you to worry about). Once access has been gained to the bottle contents, dissolve with diesel, tip away. Rinse and refill with vinegar. You'll not require a cork.
