Yep that's what I did but found that to be to high at front for me , It was tickling my bits so I have it slightly lower at front but not tried it out yet.

Never had you down as a time trial-er, but you don't know until you try. very different profile to those god awful Selle SMPs you favour

I nearly tried one in my "quest for comfy saddle" phase, which ended at San Marco Rolls.

No deffo not time trial riding, but going to see what I think.

Nothing wrong with San Marco rolls I think there's a few in my garage

Bought a Selle SMP Extra in '20, in the hope to manage longer duration turbo rides, loved it so much that it went outdoors too on the road bike.

What I did find that didn't work with the Extra were my thick padded bibs and shorts, but Castelli Progetto X2 and Kiss padded bibs were great.
