I always wear goggles when swimming because I like to swim under water and the chlorine stings my eyes.

I wear ear plugs too, 'cos I hate getting water in my ears.

I had an ear plug specially made for my ear due to a long standing issue, I also wear a nose plug because I hate getting water up my nose.

I have got it up to 2k a day now 5 days a week, it feels good to be this fit at my age.

That's good. I'm doing 500m with a broken back. Swimming will be fitting in with training now for me.

It's going to be tough to keep these regular but will try to be in the pool tomorrow evening.

This is a struggle for me too. The only way I can swim regularly is to be there when the pool opens at 5.45am. Swim for 30 or 40 mins and then back home to get sonny to the kindergarten, etc. I'll try but it's a bit early for me tbh.
