Ok so it was bought at auction and we have no idea what they are lol I'm starting to think there may be somthing in the bird cleaning thing though. It has been mentioned a few times already.

I had thought it may be some form of air or sand blasting unit but if know one has any idea here I suppose I shall have to keep searching the internet
