And rent them out for a week at a time when not using them, a pal of mine has one on Bournemouth seafront.It makes sense if you realise that people buy one for £50k, have a few years of usage then sell it for £60k.
Lots are owned by people who do live by the coast, my mate lives in Bournemouth and has one on the seafront there. His Parents and Brothers Family all live there as well so use it too. Rents it out as well for additional income, win win.Ive often though that if people are that bothered then why not just move to the coast and be done with it?
