I went to Glasto 2 years running in the mid 80s... at the first one, I had to camp in a tent next to the woman I'd recently broken up with ... and listen to her sh@gging her new bloke... so that wasn't all good
At the second one, our tent got burgulated, and the stash of beer me and my mate had bought, and my nice camera (Olympus Trip ... remember them?) got robbed.
However, I enjoyed both, despite the setbacks, and copped off with an older woman at the second :okay:

Who headlined them years?

Really liked Purple Haze - bodes well for the next album.

I like PF a lot but thought that this performance was too sanitised to showcase her talents - it was a bit too 'Saturday night at the Palladium' for my liking.

She is better when she gets down and dirty.

I'm waiting for the Beatles to reform before I go. If the Who can do it with half the band missing...

Mrs N is cracking.......her no nos in the past have been the camping and the toilets

We're camping at Rewind and she's paid something extra to get access to decent toilets. If it goes OK she's said we'll apply for Glasto tickets next year. Come on!!
