My old lab stunned me one night, he woke me by growling when some chavs broke into my car.He then chased one up the road and had him by the arm until the police arrived!! All this from what i thought was a big softy who would show burglars in for a biscuit!

To give you a clue as to why I am so p****d off with the judicial system, I'll give you a little lesson in law.

The offence the burglar has comitted is Aggravated Burglary, which has a tarrif of life in prison. And people want to know why there is no detterant? I'll tell you why, pathetically small sentances for SERIOUS crime. That f****r will be out in 18 months!! And that happened 6 MILES from where I live.

When will the courts WAKE the F**K UP and realise, small sentences in cosy pool-table-equipped prisions/hotels are not stopping the scum preying on people.

I could get us out of a recession in an instant. Employ the un-employed to build and man secure prisons with a basic bed and a bucket to p*ss in, spend money on security and staff rather than TV, DVD and pool tables for the CRIMINALS and start making the scum serve FULL sentences in those conditions. I guarantee crime rates will drop.

+1 Lets get those already on community service for burglary fixing up the community too, mending potholes etc. and while they are busy fixing, send the bailiffs in so they come home to nothing and know what it feels like.
