In a cultural misunderstanding, I once asked a Spanish woman out, who I fancied, and to my surprise she readily agreed. I arrived (at the pub) a wee bit early, and then a bit later she turned up... with her boyfriend!! Doh!!
Really........and youre smiling after that?????

Nooooo, jefmcg, this works only if based purely or mostly on sex, imo.
You don't want to date somebody a good few years behind you in experience, unless you like mothering. I don't mean you, of course, just in general.
I'll rather stay a (happy) spinster cat lady forever, than support a younger guy through years of projects and self doubts.
They will dump you anyway, once they are ready for children

Oh dear. I tend to have a bias for older women, they appear to be more sensible, mature, less flaky and more up for a proper relationship than their younger counterparts (i.e. not games players).

He, he, your statistics are spot on (for a change ;)): over 2,815 thread views, let's say even only 500 actually read it, how many wrote "I wouldn't"? Barely half dozen?
