As has been mentioned before, if the current sanctions are not working then something needs to change.
I guess that if they do have their Pro Tour license revoked, then they can still operate as a Continental team? However, given the current situation between ASO, Unipublic, etc. and the UCI, will this make much of a difference? I can't imagine they will be welcomed at many races next year, Pro Tour status or not.

What really suprises me is the fact that they got the licence in the first place, and the next suprise was that the 'oh so pure ASO' invited them to the 2007 TdF but not UNIBET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
