Not true friend. I bought it today for £103 at Halfords
Great bit of kit though. Did a quick 10 miles to test it.
Will connect up to the pc later and share my experience
Ah, thanks. I'll take a closer look when I'm at home but I'm crap at reading maps and don't always have the boyfriend to direct me so something that can give me exact instructions is what I'm after. I don't venture too far from home at the moment unless someone else has organised the ride but I'd like to stretch my legs a bit more.
i do like the look off this offer, but still looking at the holux 260sport£85 which allows you do do all of the garmin( i think) plus allows you to store interest points to find later(if ive read it right),
I'm sure in one of the popular cycling mags there was a computer that resembled the bryton and the edge but was like a freeware driven unit. It received an interesting write up with potential to offer an affordable alternative however it seems to have either lost momentum or being worked on in the silent background..
